  • What are the benefits to a coworking space?

    There are many benefits to working in a coworking space, especially one as amazing as CRES. You have a very flexible schedule and can work whenever is best for you. We have a variety of workspace options, and there is no limit to what you can accomplish!


    Co-working spaces typically offer the chance to come and go as you please and work the hours you want, with the flexibility to choose a space that has a convenient or appealing commute. There’s the opportunity to buckle down and focus or to socialize when you need a break. (1)

  • What membership plans do you have?

    CRES Community offers a number of different membership plans for you to choose from, both on an individual basis, as well as group plans! We have a Young Professionals plan, where you have access to the workspace during standard work hours, Monday through Friday. This plan also gives you access to our lovely coffee lounge, as well as all of the first-floor lounges. You are invited to all of the social events offered to our members, as well as all of our growth seminars. 


    If you upgrade to the Standard Membership, you will have access to all of the lounges here in our Tampa coworking space. We also have a podcast studio that you are able to use for your benefit, in addition to three private meeting rooms! You get a discounted rate for the rental and use of our event space! 


    In addition to these wonderful benefits, you also have access to our library! We also have sound booths that you can use for whatever reason you may need! You also have access to everything provided under the Young Professionals membership! 


    On the individual level, there is one more membership opportunity! Our Upper Room Plan, priced at $365 a month, opens your access up even more than the Standard Membership does. We have so much to offer here at CRES for you to take advantage of! You gain access to a fourth private meeting area.


    We also have a Mastermind Focus Area if you have an assignment that requires a little bit of peace and quiet. We heavily emphasize the importance of a collaborative environment here at CRES, but we also understand that there are certain projects that may require a little bit more individual focus and attention. We want to ensure that we provide the space for that! 


    In addition to all of the other assets that come with the Young Professional Plan and the Standard Plan, you also gain twenty-four-hour-a-day access to the space. This can be extraordinarily beneficial if you work better early in the morning or late at night! It can also be very helpful for you if you have a “busy season” at your job that may require you to put in more hours than our typical hours would allow for.
